Ihre Aufgaben

Sie beraten führende Unternehmen im Immobiliensektor, sowie Corporates und Einzelhändler in den Bereichen Strategie, Organisation und Umsetzung.
Sie entwickeln zusammen mit unseren Kunden neue Geschäftsmodelle und Markteintrittsstrategien, sowie agile Methoden und Tools.
Sie setzen eigenverantwortlich die Anforderungen unserer Kunden um, nutzen Marktveränderungen und -trends zu deren Wohl.
Sie erarbeiten im Team von Experten eigene Ideen und Beratungsprodukte und leisten damit Ihren Beitrag zu Ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung und damit auch zum Wachstum der TME.

Ihr Profil

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Immobilie
Ein gutes Verständnis von unternehmerischen Zusammenhängen und Strukturen, sowie eine ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung oder im Bereich Immobilie
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Teamgeist
Eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und (inter-) nationale Reisebereitschaft
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission

You advise leading companies in the real estate sector, as well as corporates and retailers in the areas of strategy, organization and implementation.
Together with our clients, you develop new business models and market entry strategies, as well as agile methods and tools.
You independently implement the requirements of our customers, use market changes and trends for their benefit.
You develop your own ideas and consulting products in a team of experts and thus contribute to your personal development and also to the growth of TME.

Your profile

A successfully completed degree in the field of economics or real estate
A good understanding of business contexts and structures, as well as a strong analytical and structured approach to work
Ideally first practical experience in consulting or in the field of real estate
Pleasure in dealing with people and team spirit
A strong hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to travel (inter-) nationally
Profound knowledge in MS-Office, very good communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent language skills in German and English
