Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Projektleitung und -arbeit in abwechslungsreichen Beratungsprojekten bei unseren Kunden.
Sie konzipieren und implementieren anspruchsvolle Beratungslösungen in allen Bereichen des Real Estate Managements bei namhaften Kunden.
Sie konzeptionieren und entwickeln unsere Beratungskompetenz weiter.
Sie akquirieren Beratungsprojekte und erstellen Angebote für unsere Kunden.

Ihr Profil

Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung (gerne im Bereich Real Estate I Asset Management)
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Vorbereitung von Beratungslösungen
Erfahrungen in der Teamführung
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Hohe nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft

You will manage and work in diverse consulting projects with our customers.
You design and implement demanding consulting solutions in all areas of real estate management for well-known clients.
You design and develop our consulting expertise.
You acquire consulting projects and prepare offers for our customers.

Your profile

Well-founded, several years of experience in consulting (preferably in the field of Real Estate or Asset management)
Experience in project management and preparation of consulting solutions
Experience in team leadership
Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
Very good communication and presentation skills
Very good MS Office skills
Ability to work in a team, customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with people
High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
