Sie beraten führende Unternehmen bei organisatorischen Veränderungsprozessen.
Sie gestalten zusammen mit unseren Kunden neue, zukunftsfähige Organisationsformen.
Sie entwickeln agile Methoden und Tools.
Sie erarbeiten im Team von Experten eigene Ideen und Beratungsprodukte und leisten damit einen Beitrag zu Ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung und damit auch zum Wachstum der TME.
Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an New Work.

Ihr Profil

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
Ein gutes Verständnis von Zusammenhängen und Strukturen im Change Management
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit agilen Organisationen und mit agilen Methoden wie z.B. Scrum und Kanban
Eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und (inter-) nationale Reisebereitschaft
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

Your profile

At least 3 years of experience in managing change and transformation processes
A good understanding of contexts and structures in change management
Ideally experience with agile organizations and with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
A strong hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to travel (inter-) nationally
Profound knowledge of MS-Office, very good communication and presentation skills as well as business fluent language skills in German and English
